Reset your password
If you have forgotten your password for "My Account", you can easily reset it here.
Enter your e-mail address and we will send a password link and instructions to the e-mail you have registered.
You can also enter your customer number (8 digits) or your bizz number (16 digits) instead of your email address.
Reset your email.
Enter your bizz number (16 digits) and the last 4 digits the credit card you have registered for your bizz, then you will have the opportunity to register a new e-mail address.
If you do not receive an email within 10 minutes, you should check your SPAM filter or junk mail folder.
